I find that if the imagery feels like you, it’ll matter longer. My approach chases that feeling.
Rather than just recording what’s happening, I’m creating a visual narrative of your day. Our photos and videos follow the relationship between you and your partner, the dynamic joy of your friends, and the way you’re transformed by the process. While I’m capturing moments, I make sure the lighting is just right, that you’re framed beautifully, and that the images can stand on their own as a pieces of art.

Using multiple mediums to create your photo and video memories allows for layered storytelling, instead of uniform digital perfection.
Film gives us unreplicatable movement and light. Super8 especially has a nostalgic and timeless feel, owing largely to it’s colouration and imperfection. Film accesses memory differently than digital, there’s nothing quite like it. The chemical process of film development creates images that are distinct, timeless, and textured.
Digital gives us speed and widens the range of possibility. It’s the perfect companion to an important life event: it’s malleable, allowing for instant review, it’s lightening fast autofocus and high frame rate means no moment slips past, and it’s strong low-light performance is a friend to all those party shots.
A mix of film and digital options gives you the best of both worlds. Nothing is missed and each moment of imagery is designed to feel lived-in, expressive, and timeless.
